Users with appropriate security rights can view the phrases stored in the system through the Reference Data Area with Phrases.
To view a phrase:
Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Reference Data Area displays.
Select Phrases from the Show drop-down list.
The Reference Data Area with Phrases displays, listing all of the phrases the exist in the system.
In the Phrase Name column, click on the phrase name link for the phrase you want to view.
The Phrase page appears for the phrase you selected. If you do not have security rights to maintain phrases, the page appears in read-only mode.
After you are finished viewing the phrase data, press Close (or Save & Close if you made changes to the phrase).
