Editing System Users

When information for a system user currently stored in the system changes, users with appropriate security rights can edit the system user through the Reference Data Area with Users.

To edit a system user:

Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.

The Reference Data Area displays.
Select Users from the Show drop-down list.

The Reference Data Area with Users displays.
In the User ID column, click on the user ID link for the user you want to edit.

The User page displays for the system user you selected. If you do not have security rights to maintain users, the page appears in read-only mode and you will not be able to edit the user.
Edit the user information on the page. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk (*). After you are finished editing data, press Save & Close.

The edited system user is saved and the Reference Data Area with Users redisplays.
