Before a new user can access the Trade Services system, a user with security rights to maintain users must create the user in the Reference Data Area with Users.
To create a new system user:
Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Reference Data Area displays.
Select Users from the Show drop-down list.
The Reference Data Area with Users displays.
Press Create a User If you do not have security rights to maintain users, this button does not appear on the page.
The User page appears.
Enter user information into the page. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk (*). After you are finished entering data, press Save & Close.
The new phrase is saved and the Reference Data Area with Users redisplays.
