Before you can reference a phrase on a transaction, a user with security rights to maintain phrases must add the phrase in the Reference Data Area with Phrases.
To create a phrase:
Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Reference Data Area displays.
Select Phrases from the Show drop-down list.
The Reference Data Area with Phrases displays.
Press Create a Phrase. If you do not have security rights to maintain phrases, this button does not appear on the page.
The Phrase page appears.
Enter phrase information into the page. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk (*). After you are finished entering data, press Save & Close.
The new phrase is saved and the Reference Data Area with Phrases redisplays.
