Viewing the Purchase Order Upload Log

Users with appropriate security rights  can view the purchase order upload log.

Note:       You can view purchase order information only if the purchase order functionality has been activated for your organisation and you have security rights to process purchase orders.

To view the purchase order upload log:

  1. Press the Instruments navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.

    The Instruments area displays with the Pending Transactions tab active.

  2. Click on the Purchase Orders tab.

    The Purchase Orders page displays.

  1. Press View Log.

    The Purchase Order Upload Log page displays.

  2. View the contents of the purchase order upload log in the page.

    The contents of the log are overwritten with new log information each time you upload a new purchase order data file or create LCs from purchase order data. Therefore, after you are finished viewing the log data, you may want to save the contents of the log in a file. To do this, simply copy the log text from the Purchase Order Upload Log page, paste it into a text or word processing application, and save the file to your local drive.

  3. Press Close to return to the Purchase Orders page.
