Users with appropriate security rights can view a PO definition in the Reference Data Area with PO Definitions in the system.
To view a PO definition:
Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Reference Data Area is displayed.
Select PO Definitions from the Show drop-down list.
The Reference Data Area with PO Definitions is displayed.
In the PO Definitions Name column, click on the PO definition name link for the definition you want to view.
The PO Definition page appears displaying information about the PO definition you selected. If you do not have security rights to maintain PO definitions, the page appears in read-only mode.
After you have finished viewing the PO definition, press Close (or Save & Close if you made any changes to the PO definition).
The Reference Data Area with PO Definitions is re-displayed.
