Users with appropriate security rights can view the foreign exchange rates stored in the system through the Reference Data Area with Foreign Exchange Rates.
To view a foreign exchange rate:
Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Reference Data Area displays.
Select Foreign Exchange Rates from the Show drop-down list.
The Reference Data Area with Foreign Exchange Rates displays, listing all of the foreign exchange rates that exist in the system.
In the Currency column, click on the currency link for the foreign exchange rate you want to view.
The Foreign Exchange Rate page appears for the currency you selected. If you do not have security rights to maintain foreign exchange rates, the page appears in read-only mode.
After you are finished viewing the foreign exchange rate data, press Close (or Save & Close if you made any changes to the foreign exchange rate).
