When information for a PO definition currently stored in the system changes, users with appropriate security rights can edit a PO definition through the Reference Data Area with PO Definitions.
To edit an PO definition rule:
Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Reference Data Area is displayed.
Select LC Creation Rules from the Show drop-down list.
The Reference Data Area with PO Definitions is displayed.
In the Display Name column, click on the name link for the PO definition you want to edit.
The PO Definition page for the PO definition you selected is displayed. If you do not have security rights to maintain PO definitions, the page appears in read-only mode and you will not be able to edit the PO definition.
Edit the PO definition information on the page. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk (*). After you have finished editing data, press Save & Close.
The edited PO definition is saved and the Reference Data Area with PO Definitions is re-displayed.
