Users with appropriate security rights can view the notifications stored in the system through the Notifications page in the Messages area. While you are viewing notifications in the Notifications listing page you can perform actions available in all listing pages. See Working with Listing Pages for more information.
To view notifications:
Press the Messages navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Messages area displays with the Mail page active.
Click on the Notifications tab.
The Notifications page displays with the default work view in the Show Transaction notifications for drop-down list. Your selection in this drop-down list determines what notifications are displayed in the Notifications page listing. Your default work view is defined in your user profile and can be changed by users with security rights to maintain users.
In addition to the general actions available in all listing pages, specific actions are available on the Notifications page. See the Notifications page help topic for a description of each field and control available on the page.
After you are finished viewing the notifications data, you can navigate to any other area of the system or press Logout to log out of the system.
