You view authorization errors by clicking on a hyperlink on either the Pending Transactions or Instrument Summary pages. The Authorization Errors page then allows you to view any errors that occurred during the authorization process.
To view authorization errors:
From either the Pending Transactions or Instrument Summary page, click on the "Authorization Failed" hyperlink in the Status column for the transaction for which you want to view authorization errors.
The Authorization Errors page appears, displaying all of the errors that occurred during the authorization process for the transaction.
After you are finished viewing the authorization errors, you can navigate to any other area of the system by using the navigation bar, or press Logout to log out of the system.
