Deleting Notifications

Users with appropriate security rights can delete one or more notifications that have been received from the bank.

To delete one or more selected notifications:
  1. Press the Messages navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.

    The Messages area displays with the Mail page active.

  2. Click on the Notifications tab.

    The Notifications page displays with the default work view in the Show Transaction notifications for drop-down list. Your selection in this drop-down list determines what notifications are displayed in the Notifications page listing. Your default work view is defined in your user profile and can be changed by users with security rights to maintain users.

  3. In the left-most column of the notifications listing, select the checkbox for each notification you want to delete.

  4. Press Delete Selected Notification(s).

    A message displays asking you to confirm that you want to delete the notification(s).

  5. If you still want to delete the notification(s), press OK; if you do not want to delete the notification(s), press Cancel.

    The Notifications page redisplays with a confirmation message for each deleted item.
