Users with appropriate security rights can delete one or more mail messages. You can only delete incoming messages and outgoing messages assigned to you or that have already been sent to the bank. You can either delete a single message from Mail Message page, or you can delete one or more selected messages from a folder in the Mail listing page.
To delete a single mail message:
Access the message's detail page from one of the Mail Folders in the Messages area.
Press Delete on the detail page. If the Delete action button is not available, you may not have delete security rights for messages.
The Messages area redisplays with a confirmation that the mail message has been deleted.
Press the Messages navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Messages area displays with the Mail page active and showing the default work view in the Show Mail for drop-down list. Your selection in this drop-down list determines what mail messages are displayed in the Mail page listing. Your default work view is defined in your user profile and can be changed by users with security rights to maintain users.
In the left-most column of the mail listing, select the checkbox for each mail message you want to delete.
Press Delete Selected Item(s).
A message displays asking you to confirm that you want to delete the message(s).
If you still want to delete the message(s), press OK; if you do not want to delete the message(s), press Cancel.
The Mail page redisplays with a confirmation message for each deleted item.
