Creating a Calendar

Users with security rights  to maintain calendars can create them through the Reference Data Area with Calendars.

To create a Calendar:

  1. Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.

    The Reference Data Area displays.

  2. Select Calendar from the Show drop-down list.

    The Reference Data Area with Calendar displays.

  3.  Press the Create a Calendar button. If you do not have security rights to maintain calendars, this button does not appear on the page.

    The Calendar page appears.

  4. Enter calendars information into the page. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk (*). After you are finished entering data, press Save & Close.

    The new calendars is saved and the Reference Data Area with Calendar redisplays.
