The Route Item(s) page allows you to select a person or an organisation to whom the current transaction or message or selected transactions or messages should be routed. Transactions routed to a person are referenced in the Instruments section of the user's Home page. Transactions or messages routed to an organisation are referenced on the Home page of every active user in the organisation selected on this page.

Route the item(s) to a person |
Select this option to route the current transaction or message or selected transactions or messages to a specific user in your organisation. To specify, select the user's name from the drop-down list. All active users in your organisation appear in the list. |

Route the item(s) to a related organisation |
Select this option to route the current transaction or message or selected transactions or messages to all active users in a specific organisation within your organisation's hierarchy. All organisations in your organisation hierarchy appear in the list. |
