The Route Item(s) page allows you to select a person to whom the current transaction or message or selected transactions or messages should be routed. Transactions routed to a person are referenced in the Instruments section of the user's Home page. Messages routed to a person are referenced in the Messages section of the user's Home page. When a transaction or message is routed to an organisation, the routed transaction or message is referenced on the Home page of all users in the organisation.
This page includes the Route Items to a Person drop-down list, which contains the names of active users within your organisation. Select the user to whom you want to route the transaction(s) for authorisation purposes, then click on Route Item(s).
