A mail message often needs to be edited after it is created and saved as a draft or routed to another user. In order to edit a mail message, you must have appropriate security rights for mail messages.
To edit a message:
In the Mail page of the Messages area, navigate to the folder containing the message you want to edit, then click on the link for the message in the Subject column.
If a message has been routed to you for editing or other action, it will also be reflected in the Messages summary on your Home page.
The Mail Message page displays containing the message you selected in edit mode.
Modify the information for the mail message, then perform one of the available actions on the message by pressing an action button at the bottom of the page (Route, Save Draft & Close, Send to Bank, and so on).
The Mail page redisplays.
