When information for a Cross Rate Calculation Rule requires an update, users with appropriate security rights can edit a Cross Rate Calculation Rule through the Reference Data Area with Cross Rate Calculation Rules.
To edit a Cross Rate Calculation Rule:
1. Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.
The Reference Data Area is displayed.
2. Select Cross Rate Calculation Rules from the Show drop-down list.
The Reference Data Area with Cross Rate Calculation Rules is displayed.
3. In the Display Name column, click on the name link for the Cross Rate Calculation Rule you want to edit.
The Cross Rate Calculation Rule page for the Cross Rate Calculation Rule you selected is displayed. If you do not have security rights to maintain Cross Rate Calculation Rules, the page appears in read-only mode and
you will not be able to edit the Cross Rate Calculation Rule.
4. Edit the Cross Rate Calculation Rule information on the page. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk (*). After you have finished editing data, press Save & Close.
The edited Cross Rate Calculation Rule is saved and the Reference Data Area with Cross Rate Calculation Rules is re-displayed.
