The Locked Out Users Listing displays all admin and corporate customer users who are currently locked out of the system. A user account becomes locked when the allowed number of unsuccessful login attempts (as defined in the Corporate Customer Detail Page) is exceeded. Once a user account is locked, it must be reset by an admin user with the appropriate security right to view and maintain Locked Out Users (as defined in the Admin Security Profile Detail Page).
