Admin Security Profile
The Admin Security Profile page is where users with appropriate security rights can view, enter, or modify information about admin security profiles. This page appears in read-only mode if you have view only security rights to admin security profiles, if the admin security profile was created by a different organisation, or if the admin security profile is in use by another user.
The fields and controls specific to this page are described below.

Admin Security Profile Name* |
The name of the admin security profile. The admin security profile name must be unique for the organisation and displays on pages listing admin security profile information. This field can contain up to 35 characters and is a required field. |

Selecting this checkbox fills in all options as 'No Access'. |
ASP Admin Users |
Selecting options in this area defines the extent to which ASP admin users can access and work with Client Bank organisation data. The following Client Bank options are available: No Access View Only View & Maintain |
Client Bank Admin Users |
Selecting options in this area defines the extent to which Client Bank admin users can access and work with Bank Group, Operational Bank Organisation, and Corporate Customer data. The following options are available for each organisation type: No Access View Only View & Maintain |
Bank Group Admin Users |
Selecting options in this area defines the extent to which Bank Group admin users can access and work with Corporate Customer organisation data. The following Corporate Customer options are available: No Access View Only View & Maintain |
Admin |
The following options are available for Admin Security Profiles, Announcements, and Locked Out Users: No Access - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile cannot view the admin security profiles, admin user data, and/or locked out users. View Only - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile are able to only view the admin security profiles, admin user data, and/or locked out users. View & Maintain - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile are able to view and work with admin security profiles, admin user data, and/or locked out users. |
Reports | Selecting options in this area defines the extent to which Bank Group admin users can access and work with Custom Reports and Standard Reports. The following options are available: No Access View Only View & Maintain |

The following options are available for each type of admin reference data: No Access - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile are not able to view the admin reference data. View Only - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile are able to only view the admin reference data. View & Maintain - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile are able to view and work with admin reference data. The default selection for all types of reference data is No Access. |
Admin Users |
No access Check box - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile are not able to view the Admin users. View Only Check box - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile are able to only view the Admin users. View & Maintain Check box - Selecting this option button indicates that users assigned to this admin security profile are able to view and work with Admin users. Add/View/Maintain Check box - Selecting this option button allows users to add new users, modify and view existing Admin users. |
Admin Update Centre

No access Check box - selecting this option indicates that the user will not have access to the Admin Update Centre. This option is checked by default. Select All - selecting this option would provide access to all activities Select None - selecting this option would not provide access to any activity Transaction Status Updates - Access to the following activities related to Transaction Status Updates can be provided by selecting the corresponding check boxes - Apply Updates, Apply Updates, Apply Updates, Send for Repair, Attach Document(s), Delete Document(s) XML Downloads - Access to the following activities related to XML Downloads can be provided by selecting the corresponding check boxes - Download Admin Mail Messages - Access to the following activities related to Admin Mail Messages can be provided by selecting the corresponding check boxes - Delete, Create / Reply, Send to Customer, Attach Document(s), Delete Document(s)

Save & Close |
Pressing this button saves the current information in all sections of the Admin Security Profile page and returns you to the Admin Security Profiles Listing page. This button does not appear when the page is displayed in read-only mode. |
Delete |
Pressing this button deletes the currently displayed admin security profile from the system and returns you to the Admin Security Profiles Listing page. For more information, see Deleting Admin Security Profiles. This button does not appear when the page is displayed in read-only mode. |
Close |
Pressing this button closes the Admin Security Profile page without saving any information and returns you to the Admin Security Profiles Listing. |
