Admin users with security rights (CCH) to maintain admin security profiles can create them in the Users & Security area. These admin security profiles can then be assigned to admin users in order to grant them access to specific areas of the system.
To create an admin security profile:
Press the Users & Security button from any page displaying the admin navigation bar.
The Users & Security area displays.
If more than one tab is displayed, select the Admin Security Profiles tab.
The Admin Security Profiles page displays and includes all admin security profiles defined in the system.
Press Create an Admin Security Profile. If you do not have security rights to maintain admin security profiles, this button does not display.
The Admin Security Profiles page appears.
Enter admin security profile information into the page. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk (*). After you are finished entering data, press Save & Close.
The new admin security profile is saved and the Admin Security Profiles redisplays. You can then assign the new admin security profile to one or more admin users through the Admin User page.
