Viewing Panel Authorisation Groups

Users with appropriate security rights can view the Panel Authorisation Groups stored in the system through the Reference Data Area with Panel Authorisation Groups.

To view a Panel Authorisation Group:

1. Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.

The Reference Data Area displays.

2. Select Panel Authorisation Group Rule from the Show drop-down list.

The Reference Data with Panel Authorisation Groups displays, listing all of the Panel Authorisation Groups that have been created for your organisation.

3. On the Panel Authorisation Group page, click on the Panel Authorisation Group Name link you want to view.

The Panel Authorisation Group page appears for the name you selected. If you do not have security rights to maintain Panel Authorisation Groups the page appears in read-only mode.

4. After you are finished viewing the Panel Authorisation Group data, press Close (or Save & Close if you made any changes to the work group).
