Uploading New Payment File

Users with appropriate security rights can upload new payment file to the system. An upload log file is created during each upload process.

You can view this log to read errors encountered during the process, monitor the progress of the upload, view the results of the Payment creation process and approve or reject the payment file. For information on how to view the upload log, see Viewing the Payment File Upload Log.

Note : You can work with payment files only if the payment file upload functionality has been activated for your organisation and you have security rights to upload payment files.

To upload payment file(s) to the system:

1. Prepare the payment data upload file(s) according to the file specifications recommended by your bank. Place the prepared file(s) on a local drive and note the location of the file(s).

2. Log into the Trade Services system and press the Upload Centre navigation button from the main navigation bar.

    The Payment Management megamenu displays with the Upload Payment File option link available.

3. Select the Upload Payment File link.

   The Payment File Upload page displays.

4. To upload a new file, provide the information requested on the page, then press Upload File.

    The file is uploaded to the system and a new row of payment file information is displayed in the list on the Payment File Upload page displays. To upload another file, repeat this step.
