Users with appropriate security rights can view the Payment File Upload Log.
Note : You can view Payment File information only if the payment file upload functionality has been activated for your organisation and you have security rights to view uploaded payment files.
To view the payment file upload log:
1. Press the Upload Centre navigation button from the main navigation bar.
The Payment Management megamenu displays with the Upload Payment File option link available.
2. Select the Upload Payment File link.
The Payment File Upload page displays. Depending on the validation status of the uploaded payment file, either the View Log or View Error link is displayed against each payment file listed on the page.
3. Press View Log/View Error.
The Payment File Upload Log page displays. The logs will contain different information depending on the validation status for the payment file.
4. Press Close to return to the Payment File Upload page.
To view logs for a different payment repeat the step 3.
