Save as Standard Report

The Save as Standard Report page allows you to specify details about a report when you are saving that custom report as a standard report. Details you specify in this page include a name, description, and category. This page displays when you press Save as Standard Report from the Report page; this action is only available when a custom report is displayed in the Report page.

The fields and controls contained in the Save as Standard Report page are described below. All information is required.

Field/Control Description

Report Name

The name of the original custom report displays in read-only form. The new standard report copy will have the same name as the custom report original.

Description

The description of the report. This field can contain up to 35 characters.

Standard Report (available to all users)

Select a category for the report from the Standard Report Category drop-down list. To specify, select a category from the drop-down list. Examples of categories include Liability, Payments and Charges, Activity-Production, Diary, Maintenance-Audit.

Save

Saves the  report copy and displays the Standard Reports Listing page.

Cancel

Cancels the creation or modification of the report.
