The Save as Standard Report page allows you to specify details about a report when you are saving that custom report as a standard report. Details you specify in this page include a name, description, and category. This page displays when you press Save as Standard Report from the Report page; this action is only available when a custom report is displayed in the Report page.
The fields and controls contained in the Save as Standard Report page are described below. All information is required.

Report Name |
The name of the original custom report displays in read-only form. The new standard report copy will have the same name as the custom report original. |
Description |
The description of the report. This field can contain up to 35 characters. |
Standard Report (available to all users) |
Select a category for the report from the Standard Report Category drop-down list. To specify, select a category from the drop-down list. Examples of categories include Liability, Payments and Charges, Activity-Production, Diary, Maintenance-Audit. |
Save |
Saves the report copy and displays the Standard Reports Listing page. |
Cancel |
Cancels the creation or modification of the report. |
