Standard Reports Listing

The Standard Reports Listing page is available from the Reports section of the menu and displays a list of standard reports that have been created. From this page, you can generate any reports in the listing or create a new standard report or custom report.

The fields and controls contained in the Standard Reports Listing page are described below.

Show

Making a selection from this list displays a different category in the standard reports listing. Available selections depend on your security rights to work with reports within your organisation, but could include Liability, Payments and Charges, Activity-Production, Diary, Maintenance-Audit. After you make a selection in the Show drop-down list, an intermediate page is briefly displayed while the standard reports listing is being loaded. When the standard reports listing is displayed, it only shows reports of the selected category. Default is ‘All Categories’

New

Pressing this button displays the New Report page, allowing you to start the report creation process (for either a standard report or custom report). See Creating Reports for information on how to create reports.

Report Name

Column displaying the name of each report displayed in the listing page. Click the report name hyperlink to generate the report.  After clicking the report name hyperlink, an intermediate page is briefly displayed, while the report is being generated.  The intermediate page displays the message, ”Loading…please wait a moment” and does not contain any buttons that are accessible to the user.

By default, the reports listing is sorted by the Report Name column; click on the Description column heading to sort by that column.

Description

Column displaying the description of the report (for example, Instruments by party, or Instruments by expiry date, and so on) for each report displayed in the page.
