The Report page displays a report you have generated from the Standard Reports Listing page or the Custom Reports Listing page.
The fields and controls contained in the Report page are described below.

Save As |
This Button enables users to save the report as a new Standard or Customer report. |
Edit |
This button enables users to edit the design of the report. This button appears only if you created the current report. |
Delete |
This button enables users to delete the report from the list of reports in the Standard Reports Listing page or the Custom Reports Listing page. This button appears only if you created the current report and/or have the appropriate security rights. |
Close |
Closes the Report page and re-displays either the Standard Reports List or the Custom Reports List page, depending on the type of report viewed. |

Displays the generated report. Use the action buttons available on the page to copy, download, save, edit, or delete the report. Depending on the type of report and who created it, all actions may not be available. |

Selecting this button enables the user to download report content into a CSV delimited file. The prompt for saving depends on how the browser is implemented. |

Opens the report in PDF format |

This enables opening or saving the report in excel format. On selecting this Button a prompt is shown:- “Do you want to open or save this file?’ The option of Open, Save and Cancel is displayed |
