To simplify the document preparation process, the system allows you to download a file containing Export Letter of Credit advice terms. The downloaded file can then be input into a third-party document preparation tool. The text version of this file is created from a SWIFT message for an advise transaction for an Export Letter of Credit. The file is created at the instrument level, and does not reflect amended terms.
To download Export Letter of Credit data:
View Instrument History and click on the instrument ID link for the Export Letter of Credit or which you want to download advice terms data.
The Instrument Summary page displays for the instrument you selected.
Press Download Advice Terms.
The File Download dialog box displays.
Select Save This File to Disk, the press OK.
The Save As dialog box displays.
Specify the location and file name for the file to be downloaded, then press OK.
The file containing advice terms for the instrument is downloaded to the location specified.
