The Admin Reports area is where you generate, print, and save standard reports (CCH) and custom reports (CCH) on admin-level trade-related data. When you press the Reports button on the admin navigation bar, an intermediate page is displayed briefly while the Reports area loads. The intermediate page displays the message, ”Loading…please wait a moment” and does not contain any buttons that are accessible to the user.
The Reports area includes listing pages for standard and custom reports, as well as detail and procedural pages for creating and editing reports and report designs. If you do not have security rights (CCH) to reports, you will not be able to access the Reports area.
Note: The Reports area incorporates a third-party tool, WebIntelligence (CCH), for reporting functions. Some WebIntelligence features are not supported (CCH) in the Trade Services system.
