Creating Tax Information Rules

Users with security rights  to maintain Tax Information rule can create them through the Reference Data Area with Tax Information rule.

To create a Tax Information Rule:

1. Press the Reference Data navigation button from any page displaying the navigation bar.

The Reference Data Area displays.

2. Select Tax Information Rule from the Show drop-down list.

The Tax Information Rules list displays.

3. Press Create a Tax Information Rule. If you do not have security rights to maintain Tax Information Rules, this button does not appear on the page.

The Tax Information Rule form page appears.

4. Enter Tax Information Rule information into the page. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk (*). After you are finished entering data, press Save & Close.

The new Tax Information Rule is saved and the Tax Information Rules list redisplays.
