The security rights of your subsidiary access security profile determine the activities that you can perform for the subsidiaries in your organisation’s corporate hierarchy.
When you have subsidiary access capabilities, the Subsidiary Access button is displayed on the navigation bar of your organisation’s view of the Trade Services system. When you press the Subsidiary Access button on the navigation bar, the Subsidiary Search Area is displayed. The Subsidiary Search Area provides a list of all of the subsidiary corporate organisations that you can access from your corporate organisation and for which you can perform activities.
To access a subsidiary:
Search for the desired subsidiary in the list in the Subsidiary Search Area.
Once you have found it, select the desired subsidiary and press Access the Selected Subsidiary.
The Trade Services system home page for the subsidiary you selected is displayed. At the same time, the Back to My Organization button is displayed on the navigation bar and the message, ”r;You are now acting on behalf of” followed by the name of the corporate subsidiary you selected, are displayed below the navigation bar.
You are now able to perform actions, according to your subsidiary access security profile, for the selected subsidiary.
To return to your corporate organisation:

The Subsidiary Search Area is re-displayed and the Security Access button reappears on the navigation bar. At the same time, the message ”r;You have returned to” followed by the name of your corporate organisation are displayed below the navigation bar.
You can now either select another subsidiary or perform activities for your own corporate organisation.
