Users with appropriate security rights (CCH) can reset locked admin and corporate customer user accounts using the Locked Out Users Listing, available through the Users & Security area of the system.
To reset a locked user account:
Press the Users & Security button from any page displaying the admin navigation bar.
The Admin Users & Security area displays.
If more than one tab is displayed, select the Locked Out Users tab.
The Locked Out Users Listing page displays and includes all admin and corporate customer users who are currently locked out of the system.
Select an admin and corporate customer user and press the Reset Selected User button.
The Reset User Account page appears.
Select the appropriate option in the set of radio buttons (either to reset only the user's count of unsuccessful login attempts, or the count as well as the user's password). If you elect to reset the user's password as well, be sure to enter (and retype) a new, interim password for the user. When finished, press the Reset Account button.
The selected user account is reset (with or without resetting the user's password as well) and the Locked Out Users Listing reappears.
