The Document Preparation button only appears on the navigation bar for users that are authorized to access @GlobalTrade Export, the Trade Services system’s document preparation services. Using a single sign on approach, the Trade Services system user is launched directly into the @GlobalTrade Export application.
The user’s profile must have been configured with the correct @GlobalTrade Export user name and the user’s corporate organisation must have been configured with the proper @GlobalTrade Export organisation ID. When the @GlobalTrade Export user name or organisation ID is either incorrect or not specified, the @GlobalTrade Export login window appears allowing the user to manually enter their login ID and password.
While accessing @GlobalTrade Export, the Trade Services system session remains active in a separate window. The Trade Services system session may time out while the user is accessing @GlobalTrade Export and when the users Trade Services login session is inactive for longer than the specified time out period.
