The Portal is web-based, so there is no software to install on your workstation in order to use the system. However, your computer workstation (running Windows®) must meet the following minimum configuration requirements:
· A web browser. Supported browsers include
· Internet Explorer 7.0 and higher
· Google Chrome
· Mozilla FireFox 19.0- and higher
· Apple Safari
Your browser must be configured with the following settings:
- JavaScript enabled- Cookies enabled
- Print background colors and images
- Java applets enabled (required if you will be viewing documents or performing custom reporting.

· Java Runtime Environment (JRE) - The Java Runtime Environment (JRE) works in conjunction with Internet browser software. Version 1.5 or higher of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is required to view document images and run reports.
To find out what version of JRE is installed on your workstation, go to http://java.sun.com/getjava and click on the "Do I have Java?" link that appears on the page. Doing so initiates a check of the JRE that you have installed with your browser software. If the check reveals that you do not have version 1.5 or higher, follow the installation instructions that appear to update your JRE.
· The minimum screen resolution for working in the system is 1024x768 pixels.. See your operating system's online help or user manual for information on how to modify your screen resolution.
· Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer before you can view portal generated PDF documents such as Import LC Applications, Export Letter of Credit Collection Schedules and Bills of Exchange or view online help PDF files.
