Description

Customer's Name

Entering the starting characters of a corporate customer's name here returns a list of all corporate customers whose names start with the same characters entered. The text you enter here is case insensitive (all matches will be found, regardless of case).

Customer's Bank Group

Selecting a bank group here returns a list of all corporate customers for the selected bank group. The list includes all bank groups defined for the client bank. This field displays only if you are a client bank-level admin user.

Customer’s Client Bank

Selecting a client bank returns a list of all corporate customers for the selected client bank. The list includes all client banks defined for the bank. This field displays only if you are a bank-level admin user.

Search

Pressing this button after entering filter criteria in the search fields returns a list of corporate customers matching the search criteria entered.

Corporate Customer Name

Column displaying the name of each corporate customer displayed in the listing page. Click on the option button next to the name of the corporate customer whose information you want to access.

By default, the listing is sorted by the Corporate Customer Name column; click on any other column heading to sort by that column.

Address

Column displaying the first address line for each corporate customer in the listing.

City

Column displaying the city for each corporate customer in the listing.

Country

Column displaying the country for each corporate customer in the listing.

Bank Group

Column displaying the bank group for each corporate customer in the listing.

Access the Selected Customer's Data

Pressing this button displays the Home page for the corporate customer you selected. You can then work with the corporate customer data according to the Customer Access Security Profile selected for you in the Admin User page.

Note: Regardless of the customer access security profile selection, admin users cannot authorise transactions on behalf of a corporate customer.
