Working with the Home Page

Home

The Home page provides a "home base" for you while working in the system, allowing you to view your user profile, change your password, and view a summary of customized activities in the form of a dashboard From the Home page, you can access all other areas of the system through the menu dashboard

The fields and controls contained in the Home page are described below. Note that some fields or controls may not appear on your Home page, depending on your security rights:

Field/Control	Description
Announcement	Announcement to appear when active. User can click on the "more" link which will open the Announcement pop-up window displaying the full contents of the Announcement. Default view will allow 2 rows of text to be displayed.
Mail Messages	Displays the List of Mail messages. Header is a hyperlink that directs users to the full page view. Page # links allow user to view an increased number of messages. In cases where the number of messages is greater than 5 a scroll bar will be placed to the right of the list to allow for scrolling.
Notifications	Displays the List of Notifications. Header is a hyperlink that directs users to the full page view. Page # links allow user to view an increased number of messages. In cases where the number of messages is greater than 5 a scroll bar will be placed to the right of the list to allow for scrolling. User can select the Modify Icon to change the sequence of columns in the listview.
Transactions	Displays the List of Transactions. Header is a hyperlink that directs users to the full page view. Page # links allow user to view an increased number of messages. In cases where the number of messages is greater than 5 a scroll bar will be placed to the right of the list to allow for scrolling. User can select the Modify Icon to change the sequence of columns in the listview.
Receivables Matching	Displays the List of Receivables Matching items. Page # links allow user to view an increased number of items. In cases where the number of items is greater than 5 a scroll bar will be placed to the right of the list to allow for scrolling. User can select the Modify Icon to change the sequence of columns in the listview.
Account Balances	Displays the List of Account Balances. Page # links allow user to view an increased number of messages. In cases where the number of messages is greater than 5 a scroll bar will be placed to the right of the list to allow for scrolling. User can select the Modify Icon to change the sequence of columns in the listview.
