A document attached in either a portal transaction or a mail message can be viewed in the relevant transaction data entry page or the relevant mail message page.
To view a document:
Click on the document link for the PDF document that you want to view. This will then invoke the Adobe Acrobat document viewer and allow you to view the document in a new Web Page Window, similar to the way the portal generated application PDF documents appear in an Acrobat viewer.
When document is attached in OTL and received back into the trade portal after being released in OTL, the PDF documents will be displayed in the ”r;Documents” section of the Transaction Summary Web page where Images of TradeForm documents or Images of scanned documents are displayed when sent back from the portal. The two ”r;types” of documents (Document Images or PDF documents) will be separated by text detailing the different types of documents.
Note:
Documents added in the trade portal and attached to a transaction can ONLY be viewed on the actual transaction screen via ”r;View Terms as Entered” option.
Documents added in OTL and received in the portal for viewing by the portal customer on the Transaction Summary screen as detailed above will not be eligible for deletion in the portal.
