The Reference Data Requiring Approval pages displays when you select Approve Reference Data from the Reference Data section of the menu or press “More” on the Alert on the home screen.

Data Type |
Displays the type of data that requires approval. |

ID |
Displays the ID of the User or Panel Authorisation profile requiring approval. |

Name |
Displays the Name of the profile requiring approval. |

Status |
Displays the type of change made. This may be Create (for approval of the creation of a new profile), Update (for approval of modifications to an existing profile), or Delete (for approval of the deletion of an existing profile). |

User ID |
Displays the User ID of the user making the change for which approval is required. |
|
User Name |
Displays the User Name of the user making the change for which approval is required. |
