When a corporate customer currently stored in the system is no longer needed, client bank and bank group admin users with appropriate security rights (CCH) can delete the corporate customer organisation through the Organisations area.
Note: You cannot delete a corporate customer that is a parent organisation to another organisation or that has active corporate customer users. When a corporate customer organisation is deleted, its historical data is still available for retrieval in reports and on history pages in the system. Deleted corporate customer organisations cannot be reactivated.
To delete a corporate customer organisation:
Press the Organisations button from any page displaying the admin navigation bar.
The Organisations area displays and includes tabs for the organisation types for which you have security rights to maintain.
If more than one tab is displayed, select the Bank Group tab.
The Corporate Customers Listing page displays, listing all of the corporate customer organisations that exist for your bank or bank group.
In the Corporate Customer Name column, click on the corporate customer name link for the corporate customer you want to delete.
Press Delete. If you do not have security rights to maintain corporate customers, this page displays in read-only form and the Delete button does not display.
A message displays asking you to confirm that you want to delete the corporate customer.
If you are certain you want to delete the corporate customer, press Yes to confirm the delete action. The corporate customer is deleted from the system and the Corporate Customers Listing redisplays.
If you do not want to delete the corporate customer, press No to cancel the delete process. The corporate customer is not deleted from the system and the Corporate Customers Listing redisplays.
